The Electric Purgatory EP (Part 1) marks the reunion of veteran Columbus, Ohio hip-hop duo Blueprint and Illogic, who as a pair are known as Greenhouse (formerly Greenhouse Effect). The project began with re-branding the group. The symbol created was in homage to legendary punk band The Ramones. From there, the album artwork was created to reflect a dark, stormy and electric mood that matched the wintery-feeling album. The campaign also included a logo based t-shirt design, web banners, an 11×17 collectible poster and release party event flyer.
